HAIR PREP : please come with your hair clean & free of products . this will result to a much better outcome . my shampoo service will be back soon 😊 LATE FEES : please try to be on time , communicate . there is a 10 minute grace period ( no charge ) . after 10 minutes , it’s a 1$ per minute starting at 10$ up to 30 minutes ( 30$ ) ( ONLY if you are communicating correctly ) . same rules apply to me . if your appointment is CANCELLED a cancellation fee is applied . Cancellation Policy
i charge a 20% cancellation fee of the FULL total for ANY cancellations within 48 hours of your booked appointment time or any no calls/no shows . please just stay in communication with me , communication goes a long way !
