WE CAN DO ANYTHING , IM VERY OPEN MINDED 😊 PAYMENT METHODS : any payments can be made with cashapp {$ziyahhs } , a card { tap, swipe , insert , or contactless payments options { 3.5% fee }, cash , chime , or apple pay { 1.5% fee } !💛 DEPOSITS : my deposits are NONREFUNDABLE , UNLESS its my cause of inconvenience . if you reschedule , you can use that same deposit once ! deposits vary depending on the service & will be DEDUCTED from your total to set your appointment . i have a quick consultation with you before i confirm your deposit .💛 HAIR COLOR : inform me what color hair you would like when booking . if it isnt found .. we can choose another or it’ll be #2 . i LOVE color , be BRIGHT 🥰 tucking is automatic within every service ! HAIR PREP : please come with your hair clean & free of products . this will result to a much better outcome . my shampoo service is available, if you would like to add it on .😊 LATE FEES : please try to be on time , communicate . there is a 10 minute grace period ( no charge ) . after 10 minutes , it’s a 1$ per minute starting at 10$ up to 30 minutes ( 30$ ) ( ONLY if you are communicating correctly ) . same rules apply to me . if your appointment is CANCELLED a cancellation fee is applied . CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE : i do charge no call/no show & cancellation fees ! Communication Is Key 🔑 so PLEASE just keep me updated ! you have 3 cancellations / rescheduling before you are banned from booking with me . Cancellation Policy
i charge a 20% cancellation fee of the FULL total for ANY cancellations within 48 hours of your booked appointment time or any no calls/no shows . please just stay in communication with me , communication goes a long way !
